A.We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date to ensure the availability of your preferred items. Popular items can get booked quickly, especially during peak event seasons.
Q.Do you deliver, and is there a fee?
A.Yes. We run the lakeshore and the Grand Rapids side, so Holland, Zeeland, Hudsonville, Jenison, Allendale, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Hamilton, West Olive, Saugatuck, Douglas, Grandville and Wyoming are all on our regular route. Delivery is quoted with your order so you see the full number before you book, and addresses close to our route often carry no delivery charge at all. Longer runs are priced by the drive and the crew time involved, always up front.
Q.Can I view items before renting?
A.Absolutely! We welcome clients to our showroom located in Grand Rapids. It's an excellent opportunity to see our range and select the perfect pieces for your event. Schedule an appointment by contacting our team.
Q.What if an item gets damaged during my event?
A.While we understand accidents happen, clients are responsible for any damages or loss during the rental period. Fees for damages will vary based on the item's replacement or repair cost.
Q.Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
A.Yes, and they are part of your quote. Our crew delivers, lays everything out, anchors it correctly for the surface you have, and comes back after the event to take it all down. There is no separate setup fee and you never handle a pole or a stake. Worth flagging on tables and chairs: the standard service delivers them stacked under the tent so you can set the space yourself, and table setup and chair setup are optional paid add ons if you would rather we place every seat. Tents are always raised by our crew regardless.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.Our standard rental period is 24 hours. If you require a longer duration, please discuss it with our team when placing your order to arrange suitable terms.
Q.Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A.We aim to offer flexibility. Changes can be made up to a certain date before your event. However, last-minute changes might be subject to availability and potential fees. Please reach out as soon as you know of any adjustments.
