How much does Christmas light installation cost in West Michigan?
Pricing follows the size of the display, not a flat menu. A single story ranch with a front roofline and a couple of wrapped shrubs sits at the low end, while a two story lakeshore home with dormers, peaks and tree work runs higher. Your quote is one seasonal number that already includes the lights, the hanging, a service visit if something goes out, January removal and storage until next year.
Which towns do you install in?
Our winter route covers Holland, Zeeland, Hudsonville, Jenison, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Allendale, Hamilton, West Olive, Saugatuck, Douglas and Byron Center, and we reach Grandville, Wyoming and Grand Rapids on the east end. If your address sits between those towns, call and ask. We usually say yes.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We arrive with commercial grade LED strands, clips, timers and cords, all sized to your building on install day. Nothing goes on the roof unless it is ours, which is why we can guarantee it and replace anything that fails mid season.
When do the lights come down?
Removal starts after New Year and runs through January, weather permitting. You do not schedule it or chase us for it, it is part of the same seasonal price. Everything comes off the building, gets bundled by section and goes into our storage racks labeled with your address.
What happens if a section goes dark or the wind pulls a strand loose?
Call us and we come out. Lake wind and ice do occasionally win a round, and a display we hang is a display we maintain. Service visits during the season are included, so there is no charge for us to reset a clip or swap a bad strand.
Are your installers insured and safety trained?
Yes, and the badges at the top of this site are the proof. Holland Tent Rentals carries full liability insurance, our crews hold the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification through SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization, and we are members of the Inflatable Operators Association. That same discipline governs winter roof work: ladder placement, fall protection and clips that leave your shingles and gutters alone. Steep roofs and icy lakeshore mornings are exactly the work to hand an insured crew.
